[Resolved] Tata Photon+ — Cheating by false commitment to Customers | |||
I bought a Wireless Internet Connection from TATA Indicom company in the month of Jan 2013. They committed to provide a speed of internet 3.1 mbps upto the uses of 6 GB data but from the first day they never provide the committed speed of internet. I made complaints for more than half a dozen but the problem is as it was. There engineer had been visited to my residence and checked my net speed which was below 500 kbps at that time. He told me that your speed is OK. I asked that your company committed me to provide in mega bytes upto the uses of 6GB data but and I have not used 6GB data till now. He told me speed will be about 500 kbps. I asked him to provide at least in mega bytes but he again told me that your speed is OK. After the visit of engineer Tataphoto sent me a confirmation massage that your complain has now been resolved. It is a clear case of cheating. It should be stopped as early as possible as they are still giving their advertisement about providing a internet speed 3.1 mbps. As per their statement after taking connection they will never provide such a speed which they are publishing in advertisements. My tataphoto connection number is [protected].
