[Resolved] Tata Photon+ Data Card Dongle — Fraudulent selling practice | |||
Hello Sir, I purchased TATA Photon+ dongle device from Sangeetha store in Koramangala, Forum. I purchased it on Last Saturday April 7th. All the time i kept discussing about speed that i was looking for before buying the device making my intention very clear to buy a 3G device. They never disclose that the device they are selling to me is 2G device.. It all revealed only when i was facing speed issue and went back to the store. I was told the device you bought is 2G device. I want to return the device and they are not accepting it back. I said i am ready to pay the internet usage. I have left device in the store on Sunday April 9th when i visited the store about 5.00 PM along with original bills and all accecories that was received with the device. I BOUGHT TATA PHOTON FROM PUNE. NOW THEY HAD NOT EVEN STRTED THE PHOTON SERCVICES AND GENERATED D BILL. I DONE LOT OF MAILS TO THEM AND EVEN THEY MAILED ME ABOUT THEIR SERVICES. NOW I WANT TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT, PLEASE SUGGEST. I HAD A LOT OF COMPLAINT NO WITH ME. WITH MAILS.
