Tata Photon + — Not delivering the instrument after the payment done up to 6 months | |||
Hi, I have purchased TATA photon+ instrument by paying 1500 online transction through my friend's standard chartered card and the receipt had given by the agent of S.S.Teleservices on 10th Aug2010(the same is attaching for your ref), then i had visited their office in september still that time the instrument had not delivered to me. After that i was not able to contact them as the phone no.s were not attending, on 31st Jan 2011 i once agin visited the same office and asked them for my instrument they apologies for the same and asked me to fill the new form and told me that they will issue a new connection, i was calling daily from that date onwards they are telling like that today they will definately deliver the instument, but still now i haven't received any instrument. On 11th Feb i got a message to my mobil from 121 that Dear Mr.Mallikarjun Piska we thank you for chossing TATA indicom you have opted for plan Photon Plus unlimited 5 [protected]@950. you will get a welcome letter to your billing adress, till now nothing has come to me. when i am trying to call the representative still he was saying daily i will deliver it today or tommorow when the tommorow will come god knows. I fedup with this i want claim the compensation from this type of service plese help on this one. Was this information helpful? | |||
