[Resolved] Tata Photon Internet — Wrong Usage showing, that i have not used | |||
Hello, This is regarding Tata Photon number: [protected] Could you please explain me what i have downloaded on 22nd Dec for the below transactions, as the download/upload is unbelievable for me. Normally i work from home and it consumes 100 MB in a day, but it is showing that it has consumed almost 1500 MB on 22nd-Dec. Transaction Date Start Time End Time Upload(MB) Download(MB) Total Consumed(MB) Cumulative Usage(for billing cyle) [protected] 15:00:[protected]:32:[protected] [protected] 08:14:[protected]:00:[protected] Please provide me correct response or check your system if it is in Error.
