d.sir my name is ranjit bose, i had purchase photon+ and use few months , its working fine , before my last recharge(Rs. 200/-) my balance was 1476 mb, but to day[protected] i received one sms that i have only 139mb to further use.can telecom company forfeited my prev amount ,the company sales man told me that prv balance will be carry forward with next, which is true? my e-mail ([protected]@gmail.com) Was this information helpful? | |||

I TAKEN A NEW PHOTON+ No. [protected] ON 27/3/2010.THEY ARE DEDUCTING SIMPLY BALANCE FROM MY ACCOUNT I EVEN FETCH CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER THEY ALSO ACCEPTED IT IS MISTAKE FROM THEIR SIDE BUT THEY NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION ON IT..THEY DEDUCTED 200MB FIRST AND LATER 200MB
