[Resolved] Tata Photon Max — not disconnecting service | |||
I have been trying to disconnect my tata photon max from more than a month now. but I have not been assisted by their department properly to get my connection disconnected. My photon number is [protected] and account number[protected]. I have tried every helpline number for the same but my efforts in vain. Last month some tata exective called me to pay the due bill. I told him that I am not using the service and trying for a disconnection but he wouldn't listen and said that the bill is already generated and I have to pay this bill. He gave me this number [protected] for the disconnection. I called but all I could hear was the IBR with no option for disconnection. A TATA agent came to collect the money and he gave me this helpline number [protected] but still I couldn't get to the costumer care so my problem was not solved. Finally i mailed for disconnection to TATA online. this is to inform that I have already paid the bill of June against my will, without using the service and even trying to disconnect, but they have generated the bill again. Today I got a message that I have to pay Rs.1151 which is not even my bill plan. I was using a plan of Rs.654. how can they even change my plan? why TATA not disconnecting my connection and generating the bill again and again. you are requested to look into this matter and kindly disconnect my connection. sincerely Shivam Sharma Was this information helpful? | |||

Last time when I paid the outstanding of 654 I was assured that my photon will be disconnected yet they generated the bill again and not 654 but 1151. Am I a fool? I will not pay the amount this time. my photon is in the box, no one is using it but your executive is lying to me saying that you are still using the photon. I have even uninstalled the photon software.
Hi Shivam, I am facing the same problem like you in relation to the tata photon problem request you to get in touch with me Name: Jayan Mathews Contact: [protected] need you advice in case you have been successful in getting the connection disconnected. I had disconnected my connection in June but kept on recieving bills for July and August and now see to have accumulated a charge of 1343 inspire of not using their service.
