Tata Photon+ — Online Complaints not answered | |||
I have had a Tata Photon+ Wireless Broadband Dongle since last 8 months. ([protected]) When I took the connection, it was termed as a Corporate Connection, as i took it from the office premises and that the bill-rates were lower than the ones offered. Recently I resigned from the company, so my privilege to be on the corporate billing plan ceased. I have been running after the Tata Photon+ customer care team to pull me off the billing plan and change to something different (as per my demand). The have simply been postponing things unnecessarily. The folks at the retail service outlet refuse to co-operate by saying please call customer care number. The customer care number is rarely answered. I have been unable to get through. The outlet folks refuse to take a written application for a plan change and online/customer care is non-responsive.
