Tata Photon Plus — NOT providing the solution to problem | |||
Its really shamfull thing that some of the third person utilises and access my internet connection and company customer care says they don't have any tools to track that.!? i have spoken with four differnt executives and all are very well trained in giving fals commitment towards the problem, spoke to them hours to gether each time i have to reapeat wat problem i was facing it means the employees doesn have time to update the complaints sooo busy TATA employees in chit chating it seems. the executive i spoke are Request id # NTT[protected] 1.Shilpa interaction id #[protected] 2. Vinod Kumar Interaction id #[protected] 3.Ram Interaction id #[protected] and the forth guys name i forgot each of the employees are giving false commitment about problem solving but none of the employee resolved end of the day i have to suffer its ! jus two days back i have migrated from postpaid to prepaid due to nonsense service of the TATAPHOTON thinkin not to disconnect lets make it as prepaid and use it when required but here also the big concern. even after recharging company employee says your account bal is nill so need to recharge again when i was not used it at all. m raising complaint not b'cos i lost 200 bucks i don't want this to happen in future else it will be like i will be keep on recharging and some else will keep on eating the fruit of it. this is pathetic and nonsense service i ever seen in my life.... sanjay canon india pvt. ltd.
