Tata Photon Plus — Unsuccessful recharge | |||
Hi, I have tried to recharge my TATA Photon Plus number 92424XXXXX for the amount Rs 1500/- on[protected]. and it went unsuccessful, but the amount has been deducted from my account. On 1st of feb i logged complaint in tata photon + costumer care ( No:COM[protected]. Same time I logged unsuccessful recharge complaint in rechargeitnow.com (Track Id;I[protected]) . Later this I got call from Tata Indicom about that complaint and they told my money will get credited soon and later they closed this complaint. Few days later Rechargeitnow.com also sent mail to me that my money will get credited soon too (find the attachment of that mail). But it has been a month I didnt got my money back to my account.
