Tata Photon Plus — Slow speed & No good service | |||
I have taken a new connection, its not even a month. First they created problem while giving a internet connection after a day. After that no speed while browsing forget about download. Can't watch a small video without buffering. Damm slow and customer care sucks. 'We are sorry for your inconvience' they don't know anything more than this. Till today i have not got any response from technical department. My Tata photon number is [protected]. i have Airtel broadband 512kbps speed which is very fast compared to this stupid card. While taking connection they will give you thousands of call. after that no one is bothered. Now they are saying they will not return back the card money, so sick. What does they think of customers selling the card is enough for them to make money. Are customers fool? If the things are not getting solved. I will not leave my money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS CARD.
