Tata Photon Plus — Harassment by The Dealer | |||
Dear Executive, I am writing this email in extremely harassed condition imposed by TATA Photon Plus dealer. I bought the TATA Photon connection (number [protected]) on 26th Jan 2012. When I was buying this connection - I had a trust on the TATA brand. But due to the dealer mismanagement I feel harassed. After getting the connection the Tata Photon Plus device worked properly for few day. But after a few days the dealer had blocked my connection mentionaing that the documents were not satisfactory and I need to resubmit the documents. I said OK, and resubmitted the documents. Again the connection worked fine for few days and now the dealer has again blocked my connection mentioning the same issue. In this scenario my only question to you is - WHEN THE DOCUMENTS WERE PROBLEMATIC, WHY I WAS GIVEN THE CONNECTION AT THE FIRST PLACE? Also when I resubmitted the documents, then WHY MY CONNECTION WAS RESTARTED FOR FEW DAYS WHEN THERE WAS AGAIN A PROBLEM IN THE DOCUMENT? I feel cheated and all of my money has gone into waste. I feel extremely harassed and my trust on the TATA brand has been broken. Would request you to kindly cancel my connection, take your device back and refund my deposit money.
