[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — unable to register - photon plus prepaid | |||
I recently bought a photon+ prepaid device and I am trying to register it at www.tataindicom.com but couldn't do this, i have tried all the browsers IE, Mozila, Gchrome which i have. If i use New User option to register my number it says that You are already registered with Tata Indicom. Please use Forgot Password link to retrive your password and login to avail the facilities. But when i use forgot password option it says that Tata Indicom number entered is not registered. Please enter again. After entering it again i get the message as You have not changed your initial PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN please contact customer care. But i have not received any PIN number till now through any mode of communication. I have also made a number of calls to Customer care but no one could solve this problem.
