how can i know about my balance

I have taken tataphoton plus on buying Samsung Laptop Scheme.

I was given a coupon while buying samsung laptop where Tata photon plus has a tie up scheme.

It says 6month monthly rental free first 2months i can use 15gb free, rest 4month 2gb free. I have taken connection on paying Rs1500/- from Main branch chennai. I am shocked after 2month i get a bill of 2600/- till date i am not getting any clarity from them till

Hi, I am using photon plus 2 Gb plan @ Rs-450,(photon number: [protected],) according to my plan and usage my bill amount should be Rs-630, but I got the bill amount of Rs-3194. I have raised a complain on last friday(21/10/2011),(complain number:[protected], they replied that it will be resolved by 24th oct,2011 09:40 AM, but till now they did'nt yet resolved it , and for their problem they have blocked my photon plus and I am unable to access my photon plus, Everyday I am calling them and they are replying that it is in process, but already 3 days gone and they did'nt yet solve that problem till now. According to my plan and data usage I should'nt get bill amount of Rs-3194, but they have charged me that much amount.

What should I do???
