[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — Billing Dispute | |
I have a photon plus connection by the name of Winsome Yarns that has 3 combined nos. in it- [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I am using the Tata photon no. [protected] from mid Jan and that too in urgent situations as I already have wi-fi connection in the office of the co. The plan for the photon is of rs. 750 (2 GB o[censored]sage free). I have used photon in only urgent and critical conditions. But I was shocked when I came to know that the bill of it is rs. 5500 (approx.) and the total bill for the 3 nos. is rs. 7279/-. I have used it only for surfing purpose for official work for most of the times. The bill shows usage of more than 10GB of data which is not correct. I had not used the photon no. on continous basis. I do not understand that why we face problem with Tata Indicom only as this is the 3rd time I am facing problem of billing with photon plus. The concerned person is requested to look into this and provide an urgent remedy to this as the co. is ready to deduct the amount from my salary for the usage that I have not made.
