Tata Photon Plus — tata services are the worst in india | |||
i have brought a new connection of tata photon plus from POORVIKA mobile store near porur chowk chennai on 25 sep,2011.and paid 1500 inr on spot.but the connection was not activated yet.when i ask person of that store,they are saying its TATA PHOTON DEALER job...nxt i contacted tata photon dealer named GODSON,mobile no.[protected] given by shop keepers about it..when i called him he said he will do it as soon as possible but he done nothing and he simply avoiding my call and not even replay...now its about 20 DAYS gone but my net connection is not activated....call centre people are also not helpful thay simply telling me to go to the shop from where i have purchased photon..and shop keeper telling me to contact that dealer..godson is not avoiding my call....now what i should do? Tata photon is worst service. They have been giving poor internet service and not disconnecting my service inspite of my repeated requests. They just know how to send bills...Customer care is even worse. They never solve any problem.

Tataphoton — TATAPHOTON SERVICE IS WORST IN INDIA
Im Sreenivas, my Photon no :[protected]I took Connection on 11MAY 2011 from Noida Sector 18,G-10/11,true value hub tata indicom Shop.I Submitted Documents that day only. After that , my Connection got disconnected from 22/5/2011 ,When I called [protected] i came to know that documents are not submittted by respective shop people to whom i submitted.The people who are working in true value hub tataindicom ,Noida are rude and fraud people.they are cheating everybody by not submitting documents,etc and they told me one day to change dail number from #777 to *222 to activate Which is not possible and they cheated like this way.
Please take action on these people and replace with new people who really want to work.
I got activated today 27/5/2011. I LOST 5DAYS .
true value hub tata indicom Shop EMPLOYEES ARE FRAUD ,CHEATERS AND LAZY .THEY KNOW HOW TO CHEAT.THAT IS THIER JOB.PLEASE REMOVE THESE EMPLOYEES AND REPLACE WITH NEW WHO REALLY WANT TO DO GOOD SERVICE
