Tata Photon Plus — Billing Issue | |||
Respected Sir/Madam I was using Tata Photon Plus Post Paid Mobile Broadband from April 2010 to April 2011. I wanted to deactivate my connection since January 2011 but due to lack of support from Customer Service team and the local dealer. finally I was able to spot a dealer who opted to help me on this he advised me to Move my Postpaid to Prepaid as there is no option to deactivate the connection. So I gave a written Request for the Migration. the dealer also told that we have to clear the pending dues before the Post paid to prepaid migration. si i cleared all my dues and gave the request on 23rd April 2011. And Migration was also successful. Refer the SMS i received. For the pas few days I have been getting calls from the Customer support to pay the amount of Rs.903 as a pending amount. which is to tally contradicting. I request your help on this.
