[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus "data Card " — Wrong billing / terrible service as well bad approach of collection agents...

Dear Sir/Mam,
I had raised a complaint with respect to photon plus which was linked to my account on Jan-2010, there was no proper response and I couldn’t use my photon connection for last three month which is highly critical for my kind of work where I need to access my mails & do my work, so I had an severe mental torture as my whole lot of office work everything went for toss. I have already suffered lot of loss and pain due to your service issue. I would request to discontinue this service at once and pay back the cost of harassment as well as deposited money, device cost with interest...

Note: - for your reference please review the bellow mentioned points, this will be very helpful for your for your judgment in favour of authentic truth...

1. Why you are revised our credit limit 800/- to 2500/- without our conformation or request...

2. Bill No[protected], period 03/07/10 to 02/08/10, Bill Amount Rs 1868.00 (As previous billing we recd unusually excess billing recd from for the period of 03/07/10 to 02/08/10 ) and no appropriate response recd from your end for rectification of of bills Rs 1868.00, and neither i have to recd bill wise detail from your side...

3. Ensuing payment not done by our side and is barred by you on dt 7th Aug-2010 without any information due to non payment essue...

4. On 5th Aug-2010 New bill generated and the same mailed to us on 8th Aug 2010 , bill No[protected], bill period 03/08/10 to 02/09/10 Amount Rs 1868+480 = 2348.00/- (without single minutes used due to service is barred by TATA Indicom side)

5. In between July-10 to 26th Sept-2010, I got it approx100 calls “Iin office time’ or night from your collection agent or TaTa Indicom CSE dept for payment , but no single respond on our request for item wise bill detail...

6. On 25th Sept-10 we get it a call from Rs. Riya (M #[protected] and he assure us for wavering/adjustment of extra charged amount Rs.548.00 and payment of Rs 1800.00, but she is not agreed to provide us the same thru mail or on TATA letter head...

7. On 26th Sept-2010 Ms. Riya Re-called to us ...and he assured us for written confirmation...and final payment of Rs. 1800.00 (In cash mode)...and the same is same day preceded thru our end as receipt No 903565 on dt 26th Sept-2010 and service is activated now in front of collection agent...

8. After ten days (4th Oct-2010) now received the bill for the period of 03/09/10 to 02/10/10, bill No[protected], Amount Rs. 1170.00/- with use of some minutes & and finding it wrongly activated plan “HSIA HNI 950 Night Minute Plan” + Rs 200 o[censored]n known charges like “Account level Other Charges and Account level NRC etc...

9. For the period of Aug to Oct 2010 please the conversation and request detail as mentioned bellow (the TaTa Indicom response is self explanatory for reference)

a) Request #[protected] on dated 17st Aug-10 for Monthly rental plan of Rs.250.00 , Your customer service dept assure that requested tarrif will effective from 3rd Sept-2010 after closing of billing cycle...but the same is wrongly activated as point Sr. No 08

b) Request #[protected] on dt 21st Aug-10 for reduction of credit limit 2500 to 1200/- because the same is enhanced up to 2500/- without our confirmation or intimation to us

c) On ...Sept -10 , we surprised to lessen from TaTa CSE “our plan is wrongly activated “HSIA HNI 950 Night Minute Plan & Request No #[protected] for correction of tariff plan, CSE dept assured us for correction of plan as requested in as per Request No[protected] with immediate effect...
Note: No action has been done as per above request and finally I got is bill of Rs.1170.00 for the period of 03/09/10 to 02/10/10) with Monthly rental plan “HSIA HNI 950 Night Minute Plan, bill No.[protected] for the period of 03/09/10 to 02/10/10). As per our request No.[protected] No action done from TaTa Indicom side ..

d) On 6th Oct-10,i have recd a SMS from TATA Indicom “ your outgoing service in suspended as your current uses has crossed your credit limit... (we shocked outt after receiving is this SMS because Now I/m in out station and our discussion held with SCE for correction of tariff plan “in this situation I,m completely unable to report our office or any other due to non availability of net connectivity due to service issue of TATA indicom...

e) On dated 7th Oct-2010, our discussion held with Tata CSE and he assured us for reduction of excess amount up to Rs.450.00 (I.e. 1170-450 = 720) and closing of matter in 720.00/- in 24 Hr , Now he assured us for confirmation of subject discussion thru reply mail..but as on date no response or mail recd from your end and neither have to recd revised bill from TATA Indicom side...

f) As on date our service is still barred and TaTa indicom is following us for payment only thru his collection agent...

data one account — data account wrong

my data usage forthe month of april until 24 we use 2100mb. last week only four hors used.
but now account showing 9767 mb. how this happend . ican"t belive this statement so how can iget original my statement . please send your kind information my e-mail id [protected]

TATA Indicom — Incorrect billing - Cheating customers

I've had the worst internet broadband connection(Tata indicom) for nearly 2 years. They have the most awful customer care. Every month i have connectivity problems, and when i contact the customer care, they promise to resolve it in 24 hrs but they more than 3 days to resolve and they dont call back to confirm if the connection is fine after rectification. They have a stupid night unlimited scheme ( 9pm to 9am free) for which we pay an additional Rs.299 every month. Last month, on 3 days, i started using the internet at 9 pm and used upto the next morning 6am. For that they charged me Rs.200 on each day and at the end of three days i was charged Rs.600 and my connection got terminated because of account nil balance. I contacted the customer care for more than 10 times and no one was able to reply properly to my query and after 20 days they came back to me and said i had started using the connection at 8.59 pm and so i've been charged for the entire night usage. They did not refund my money and closed my complaint. They are so happy to let go of a customer. After all they cheated me and earned Rs.600 last month. If they do like this to every customer, imagine !!!

Tatatel services/data card — not responding after receiving payment

I have paid all the money they required and all documents they required on 11th Nov-08 till 22nd Nov-08 no body is even responding. So I feel cheated.

Solutions Point — Billing Issue


I have taken a new connection with connexxion in the month of Jan 2009 with the Tel No[protected]

And C A No- [protected] in the name of Solutions Point InfoTech. Received a bill of Rs. 539/- and

I have paid the amount .Next month Tel No has been changed to 28822424 and given the bill of Rs. 4668/- in the month of Mar 2009. 3000/- has been charged as special number, as I have never asked or even given concent on any VIP No. I am only willing for connexxion No which starts with 288.

Even I have no problem in changing the Tel No also. As I am not ready to pay Rs. 3000/- more.

I have gone 10 times to MTNL, Preet Vihar office. I have moved a file also One and half month back. But it is thankless.

Please do something, so that I can use the telephone.

2 several times submit complaint before True tata Shope, Kottayam and more than
7 SMS complaint were made to 12110, But still my complaint is seen.

TATA Indicom — Incorrect billing and no response

I am using Tata Indicom ([protected]) for almost 10 months now. In Jan, they charged extra Rs.462 against the Voice Portal. I spoke to the customer care and sent numerous email explaining them that I have never used Voice Portal service. I requested them to verify that I have never activated Voice Portal on my number and hence the billing is incorrect and the charges of Rs.462 should be waived off.

But they have not paid attention to my request. They suspended my service since Jan but they are still charging me every month and my phone bill amount is increasing every month. I also requested them to disconnect the service but they insist on paying the full amount.

Now I am in losing position since my bill is kept on increasing while my service is suspended.

Please register a complaint and take action against Tata Indicom. They are charging customer for the service that the customer has never used.

Tata Indicom is an absolute cheat. Each month they activate a plan from their database, and on receiving my bill i am forced to pay for those activated plans. When i havent used any of them in the first place. When you question them,they blame it on you, and act very ignorant of their faults. I have a walky connection, to which they have activate numerous plans, my complaint request has been filed, but now they have charge me almost Rs.700 as RenTal itself! rental for facilities i havent even used!.. Im actually fed up with their service. Even the telecallers are highly inactive,they keep you on hold for 15minutes at a stretch.
They are absolute frauds,who exploit consumers,n when bills are not paid they send you letters from court. I really hope the Court takes a strict action against them

TATA Indicom — Regarding wrongly costing of charge

I had talk customer care on 12524 on 03.06.2011 from wrongly costing of charge Rs. 0.60/- while dialing on the number as well as no. was ringing and it got ended after while still my 0.06 got deducted and this happening many times. so I call customer care, but they said that call was conducted by me.

But again again can it happen.
I Recharged my Tata Photon + on 31st July 2011 having number [protected] KANAKARAJ.
After using the photon in my house, Didn't get Tower in my House .
I contacted customer support they gave me various settings, but couldn't get solution.

I spoke to Various executive in customer care, They said to changed various setting in the computer, but didn't get any result.
I called customer care 4-5 times, call attended Executive names Vinoth, anil, Mohamed, kumar, ramesh, , etc.
People say one repeated dialogue : i will take this issue in high priority .
The complaint was registered 09 july 2011.
My Ticket ID NO : ptc[protected]

since than today is[protected] still my photon is not working and not used.
I don't know how much day Enough for Resolved my problem.

I have recharged my Photon + the validity is one month and I still face the same problem

The quality of people for CC as well as maintenance is pathetic.

Is this how the global company works?

Kindly I would request consumer forum to help me to Resolve my Tata photon Tower issue in my place.
