Tata Photon Plus — Poor Quality of Service.

I am using Tata Photon Plus since its inception first in Jan 2009 in Jammu. I was posted in jammu and have taken a new connection and the introductory plan was Rs. 1500/- a month for unlimited usage. I was transferred to Rajsthan in Jun 2011. When I approached to Tata Photon Office in Jammu for surrendering the device, they advised me that since the device is roaming free and you can use it anywhere. When I reached Jaipur, I had faced various issues relating to its speed. When contacted customer care, they didnt even bothered to listen my problems. They said since the Number is from J&K State, we can not provide you engineer. For almost 20 days I had problems with customer care and finally they paid a engineer visit.

Now again I am facing the same issue. But the customer care has clearly denied to pay me any engineer visit. When asked further course of action, they said to transfer this number from J&K to Rajsthan circle for further resolution. When enquired about the procedure, they told me submit my ID Proof, Address Proof and other documents which I submitted while taking connection for which I denied.

Sir, I want to clear one thing. When I have submitted my complete papers once, why should i submit my ID Proof time and again within the same network. Isnt it a security hazard ? What if my ID Proof is misused. Why dont they keep a record of IDs. Its okey to submit the Address proof since the address changed but the individual is still the same. How can they ask for the ID Proof again and again without an assurance that the ID Proof will not be misused ??

Another point is that the committed speed of Tata Photon is 3.1mbps whereas I usually get the speed of 268-350 kpbs. Please think it once again paying Rs. 1500/- a month, almost Rs. 50/- per day for internet that too at such a low speed, is not justified in anyway. When I approached customer care they said that the least speed that covers the plan is 256 kbps. If you are getting the speed of 256kbps +, that is your good luck.

Sir, I want to file a suit against Tata Photon. Pls guide me what should I do ?
