[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — Money Not Reimbursed | |||
Hi, I am an employee in Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. I went through the tata photon website and ordered the device on 29th Nov, 2010. The device was sent to me within 2 hrs. I submitted my DL and the notary of my rent agreement. At that time, the dealer said that no problem, things would be done. Later, the next day he called and said that the notary cant be accepted and we need to give any relative's local address proof in that case. We then gave the Ration Card copy of our relative. Then again, we were told that the device would now start by 3rd Dec. when it didn't, I called Pravin who said that there is a technical problem, it would work on the next day. This continued for 5 days more. Finally, when I shouted at him, he finally said that it wont start as now, the ration card would also not work. At this, I asked him to reimburse the money. He said ok. After that i everyday called him to get the money back and he everyday said that the things would be done the next day. This continued till 12th Dec. After that he stopped picking my calls. With every new number I used to call, he used to cut the call the next time. Finally, I asked him what this was (through a message) and he said he wont refund the money, I do whatever I can. Kindly address the problem as this is just negatively affecting the company's repo. Please let me have my money back as soon as possible. The device is on my name and the person is Praveen Thakur. His mobile No. is [protected] I ordered the device in Mumbai itself.
