Very bad experience no speed. You people told me it will be 3.1 mbps ????. Are you People making us fool??? I had complaint Regarding this to customer care on 30-june-2012, complaint no. is[protected], which should have to be solve by 03-JUL-12. But on this date when I call to customer care they told me that it will take 2 day more to solve this problem. After 2 day I agin call to the customer care regarding my complain, they just like a Shameless person told me to wait again for about 24 hrs. Till today I don’t get any call from Tata Photon or nietheir my problem has been solved. So I request you to please look into this matter, otherwise I have to surrender this product in Tata Photon store within month. The most pathetic service provided by any provider till date. Have registered multiple complaints for my photon plus speed, but till date no action has been taken.
right from the day of purchase the problem is in place, but the authorities seem to have a deaf ear towards the complaints raised.

I had purchased the Tata Photon Whiz, on 14th feb 2010, thinking it's reliable source(TATA) of good and fast network. But from the beginning day it started showing its real face. Often the device is been not detected by the system and downoading speed is the real HELL...(<1kbps as against, the promised speed of 153kbps{?} by these CHEATERS). Many a times the webpages will take 10 minutes or more to open( It will result in Hypertension in High BP patients). At least for 6-7 times I had given complaint about the problem to the Photon customer care, about the bad network and the bad hardware( the modem gets over heated during usage...I think it's abnormal, as i"ve seen the other tata modems working). But these bloody people assured me that an Engineer will come and resolve all my problems. The same thing has been told to me for the fourth time...( BIG JOKE). Every time the BLOODY ENGINEER might ve gone to the HELL...I think without this PIECE OF , my life during last one month of it's usage, would ve been better than it's usage. I wish, THE TATA TO GO TO HELL for their incredible INFIDELITY.

Tata Photon — BAD SPEED(NO ACTION TAKEN)
I AM USING THIS SERVICE FROM SIX MONTHS AND MORE.I HAVE LODGED A LOT OF COMPLAINTS FROM THE STARTING DAY ABOUT BAD SPEED.IT IS GETTING WORSE DAY BY DAY.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVEN SENT THEIR CORRESPONDING OFFICERS SEVERAL TIME,BUT IT NEVER WORKED.
IT IS CHEATING,CAUSE IN REPLY THEY SAID IN PEAK OURS THEIR SERVICE BECOMES SLOW. THE FACT IS FOR ONLY SOME 2 OR 3 HOURS IN A DAY THEY PROVIDE A SATISFACTORY SERVICE AND THAT IS IN MIDNIGHT FROM SOME 3A.M. TO 6 A.M.
IT IS EMBARRASSING AND I WONDER HOW SUCH A BIG NAME (TATA) CAN CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
