Tata Photon Plus — Not getting proper speed on dongle

I have been using TATA PHOTON PLUS since one year, at first it shown me good response but later on their service became really very poor, from last four months i have complained them for their poor Internet speed. But they are ignoring our requests and we are still facing problems of poor Internet speed.
