[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus — photon plus not activated

Dear Sir

my name is Hari (bangalore), I purchased a tata photon plus Broadband dangle (photon #[protected]) as postpaid on 26th April, 2012 at Tata Docomo collection center, NewTippasandra, Bangalroe and still its not activated. plenty of times I visited the store and plenty more times I spoke to custmer care peoples and every time they said it will activate in end of today - but not activating my Dangle and I am repetedly asking them but still no use.

please help me to activate it or let me return the dangle and get beck my money (I am frustrated about Tata docomo..)

Tata Photon Plus — No activation

i had bought two dongles of tata photon plus both of them stopped working after a few days. i have been talking to customer care since 15 days and they listen to the complaint but nothing has been done. the documents that they require ve been submitted still they have not activated the accounts. kindly look into the matter and get both the connections activated at the earliest. the photon plus numbers are-[protected], [protected]. you can communicate with me at vishuarora.[protected]@gmail.com

Both the connections were taken on my husband's name..he has been talking to customer care, visiting the service center, has deposited his documents four times, , , but to no avail. none of the connections has started working.[protected] number has been recharged twice, still it has not been activated.

i am highly disappointed with your service. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

Tata Photon Plus — not activate pin number

i purshes tata proton dated 13/11/2011 at online, today 16/11/2011 my connection at not active . so pls my connection quickly.

the contact No which mentioned in the bottom of complaint is quite accessable (today i got plenty calls to that number).., if you say that your team tried and unable to establish the contact is absolutely Wrong...

My self Nagendhira from Pune. I am really disappointed about Tata products. I thought to take Tata Photon + and reached Tata dealers. i got really bad experience from them. Initially they got money from me and told that they will deliver the device with in 2 days. But after a long struggle only i got my device . After that they didnt give any proper response to me. I am trying to activate that device for last 2 days. But its not yet activated. Still i am getting activation failed message. So i have registered complaint on Customer care. I am waiting for their person.

Suresh :[protected] and Daya [protected] these no's are belongs to that delars. I am working in one corporate office . How can i suggest Tata Photon + to my friends. i am going to send mail to every one in my organization .

please do the needfull and help me to activate my device. otherwise . i will get disappoinment about Tata products also.

Hi,

I have purchased Tata Photon+ Dongle friday afternoon from Thane Gallery..
Commitment given to me by their representative Reshma Sale..It will be getting activate within 24 hours..
Today is the 4th day.. and no sign of activation yet..
And the box has a diffrent story all together.. It say inside the dongle kit you will have a card i need to scratch the the card and there will be
14 digit pin which I need to punchin and ativate the service..But no where inside the box i have found such card.

Seriously Crap/Pathetic Service..At the time of purchasing the connection so much pain..Dont know what will happen post activation.

Hi,

I have bought a new Tata photon + device which got activated yesterday... But when I click on Connect button on dialer its asking for activation Pin.

In starter kit it is mentioned that I should have got an activation Pin along with the starter kit...but cannot find any such card.

I had a chat with Tata Photon executive and he told to enter "0000" (four time zero) as activation key. I tried that as well but it did not worked.

Request you to please look into it ASAP.

i dont have an activation pin with my kit.its a post paid connection.i dont even know my photon no.i am very frustrated.
Hi,

My husband got a photon plus device from Hypercity, Bangalore. First they gave one device, which admin password didn't work.
Later, they gave new device, which is activated but not connecting to the network.Almost a week over, but still not connected.
Most of the customer care number is not responding.

Really disappointed with the service :-(
