[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — Wrong bill Payment | |||
I have received the Tata Photon Datacard in 2010 along with laptop accessory in an offer. The agent activated in my laptop with free package and he informed that it will be deactivated after 30min usage. Actually i didn't activate and use any plan by that device. But i received a legal notice from [email protected] that the due of the plan. I have given a complaint that as i didn't use the device/ active ,, how it is possible...AND Why they come up with legal notice after one year...So they have taken the complaint positively and finalised., I have taken written document that they have been with drawn legal notice and also informed that there would not get such complaints. Could you please solve my issue and if no case convert to prepaid if still it is in postpaid.. and araising such problems...
