[Resolved] Tata Photon — Receiving Bill without using services | |||
Hi, This is regaring the wrong billing for the Tata Photon service. We had been using the tata Photon service for a few months and then we terminated the service as it was not providing proper coverage and we switched to some other service provider. However in FEB-2011 we raised the request of its reactivation, But we were not able to use it due to some technical issue . We contact the retailer from were we purchased the tata photon. After one month also the issue was not resolved. so we request them to terminate it now.But still the company has generated the bills and tell us in there system they are see the tata photon connection is active.Since we have not used the service we have not paid the bills. But now they have sent the legal notice to us. Request you to look into this matter and suggest a way out. Was this information helpful? | |||
