Tata Photon Whiz — very poor services | |||
Hi i have got tata photon wiz on 1st of april but tata having very poor servgice providng team in UP LUcknow that they are not able to start my services still and not at all giving any proper feed back. now i am planing to get reliance net connect and never recomed tata brodband to any one. my name is johnfrm keral allapuzha dist haripad karipuzha area, , , , i hve tata photon wiz net connection prepaid 555rs scheme last 3mnth no range, , that mean correct signal bt 00 kbs, , nw i thnk tata photon wiz is a very poor service, , ist i hve prepaid connection then i chnage that one then i got prepaid 333 again i changed the scme nw 555 scheme, , bt no use ...no rangeeeeeeeeeee..i thnk purchase any other broad band connection

I have got tata photon wiz on 10th march 2011, but Tata having very poor service providng team in Assam (N.E Region), Doom Dooma area. why TATA telecomunication not improve there service in Assam & other North Estarn Region ? TATA telecomunication sale there product in market but regarding service they not improve. so that matter of consern company will do the needfull to there customer.
