[Resolved] Tata Photon Whiz — CANCELLATION | |||
My name is Jeethesh. II took tata photon Whiz connection on February 22, 2010 ([protected]) and recharged three times. The last recharge done on May 28, 2010. Now i tried to recharge my connection and but it has failed. The local shop person told me that your tata photon connection is disconnected. My usb stick model is Huawei EC121 and i paid almost 2000 rupees for the connection. Now i am totally disappointed with the tata service because i called customer care too many times but i did not get any proper response. Now the stick totally dead and no worth for my money. Tell everyboy about TATA PHOTON disadvanges and it is realy expensive.
Tell everybody not to select TATA PHOTON WHIZ .
As a customer of Tata Photon Whiz I realy suffered for connection/speed and
recharge, So donot select TATA photon Whiz. It will give trouble from everyside.

TATA WHIZ — DEACTIVATION OF DEVICE
SIR, I HAVE BOUGHT A TATA WHIZ DEVICE FROM BABA TELECOM,CHANDI DAS MARKET IN DURGAPUR BUT IN TIME OF BUYING HE(SHOP KEEPER) HAS NOT TOLD ME THAT THE DEVICE WILL BE DEACTIVATED FOR NOT RECHARGING IT WITH ANY RUPEES IN THREE MONTHS.NOW IT IS DEACTIVATED AND THE PROVIDER,SHOP KEEPER IS SAYING ME THAT I HAVE TO THROWN OUT MY 1830/- RUPEES'S DEVICE AND IT CAN NOT BE RE ACTIVATED.SIR I HAVE BROWSED ONLY FOR ONE MONTH AND IT IS DE AVTIVATED AFTER THREE MONTHS.WHAT CAN I DO NOW?
