[Resolved] Tata Power - DDL — Electricity Meter Permanent Resealing Not done by TATA Power DDL
The distribution box and Electricity meter boxes are virtually
hanging with lose grips with the wooden box riveted to the wall.
The wooden box containing the distribution box and two meters in my
name along with MCB is also badly affected by termite (deemak) which
has further aggravated the loosening grip.
I am a Retd. A.G.M (Vigilance) from a GOVT. of India dept. In order to
avoid any mishap I request you to kindly consider the
1) The irresponsibility of TATA POWER-DDL official at call
centre & TATA POWER-DDL office sec-3 Rohini needs to be investigated
and responsibility fixed for closing the complaint at their own
without attending the fault owing to which we spent the sleepless
night even without water.
2) The seals having been already removed and paper seals in position,
necessary remedial measures/steps may be taken to shift Electricity
Meters to safer place if need be to avoid any future mishappening
etc at the earliest.
