[Resolved] Tata Power Solar — Really bad service , hardly any support from customer care

They didnt install solar properly at our home, they are supposed to install a dongle on the inverter which they didnt do .

The solar panels are supposed to be serviced by them every 3 months which they dont do.

They customer care is just pathetic. They just ask us to call multiple different numbers with no response for over a month.

The registered complained booked numbers on[protected] :
98887

We want the dongle for solar inverter installed and services to be done regularly as per the warranty given by them .

For getting the solar installed we had to like call 1000 of times. we thought at least there service would be better after install, even that is just pathetic.

Please dont buy any of there products, even they cars have no service, there solar devices have no service, they hard care about any service for there products. Really pathetic.

Please take legal action against them .

I too am facing the same problem, absolutely insensitive Customer care. Unfortunately I didn't read the feedbacks and went by the name and reputation, and made the cardinal mistake.
