Tata Swach - Online Order - Damaged Goods Received — The bulb of tata swach not working

I had purchased a new tata swatch bulb around 4 month back but after installing it works only 2 days and after that it is not working properly. Water has not been coming out from it.
So please look into the matter and resolve this as soon as possible

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If water does not flow from the bulb, kindly follow the below steps:

Kindly observe whether the Tata Swach bulb is fully filled with water or not. If not, Please remove the Mesh 2 from the Upper container and allow the air to escape from the Tata Swach bulb. In case the water does not flow, then follow the next step.

Remove the Mesh 3 from the bottom of the Tata Swach bulb and clean it with a soft brush by holding under running water. In case the water does not flow, then follow the next step.

Remove the Mesh 3 from the bottom of the Tata Swach bulb and clean the nozzle with a thin needle like object.

If the water still does not flow, then kindly hold the Tata Swach bulb under running water.
