Tata Swach — replaced bulb is also defective
I purchased new purifier 3 months back and filtered at most 200 liters of water when the water stopped flowing. Company claims 3000 lits of water purification but it fails. I called up Mr Praveen ([protected]), a swach executive in bangalore. He took more than a week to replace the bulb but when I tried the replaced bulb, I found it defective. Water was leaking from sideways and flowing freely from upper chamber to lower without purification.I am utterly disappointed with Tata swach services.
