[Resolved]  Tata Tele Service Ltd — they deducted my money without providing the services

i had made a transaction of 102 rupees by online payment from www.tatadocomo.com itself (official site ) for the internet package of tata docomo prepaid ,where 102 rupees is deducted from my account but still i didn't get the particular service and they deducted approximately 170 rupees from my account in charge o[censored]sing the internet on the basis of 10p/10kb . when i talked with their customer service executives they told me that there is no trasaction of 102 rupee for tha data package . I am in big mess and i really want to sue this company for this act .please help me

i(ravi shekher) am having mobile connection of TATA DOCOMO teleservice,mobile no is [protected].today on 23-05-12 i received a massage that my magic SMS service is renewed for next month and Rs30 is deducted from my main balance.although i never used and activated this service.but company customer care says your money will not refund.
so please do needful and guide me what should i do in this matter to get my money back.
