Dear Sir,

My name is Dr Arvind Prakash and I am being harassed by Tata Telecom. I had placed a request for Closure of My
Account #[protected] with Tata Indicom.
This account has a post paid Phone # [protected] & an Tata Indicom Data Card # [protected]

I had given a written request to Tata Indicom on 26 Sept 2011 to close this account.

On 13-Nov-2011 a representative from Tata Indicom came to my house and collected the entire due amount. I was assured that the account will be closed immediately.

In January 2012 I recieved a bill of Rs 38/- for the above account. When I enquired at the Tata Telecom Center, I was informed that this was a mistake and I need not pay anything and the error would be rectified soon at the company's end.

In Feb again I got a bill for Rs 158/-. On enquiry the same story was repeated and I was informed that the account will be closed before 29th March. But this has not happened and in the latest bill (for April) which I have recieved is for approximately Rs 600/-.

For no fault of mine, I am being harrassed by the company by delay in account closure and wrong billing.

Despite repeated complaints through office visits and emails I have still not been able to get my account closed.

I seek your help in the matter.
