your technician has exchange my device olive 101 (purchased on 28 dec 10) from huawei ec1260 old, used and defective device despite it has warranty till 28 dec 11.
Would appreciate if you can coordinate and do the needful action as earliest .

Tata tele services limited — I am denied a lifetime recharge
I have converted my postpaid mobile no. [protected] to prepaid and after converting asked for lifetime recharge of Rs 251 and to my surprise they denied me this facility and I was forced to recharge with Rs 151 with one year validity, with Rs 100 extra I could have gone with lifetime validity, this is nothing but cheating as there are many like me . How can we be denied this facility when new connection users an go for it. Please do something needful
