Dear Sir,
I taken a connection from tata cdma along with the mobile; but after some days the mobile shows problem and for that i had been regularly communicated to the tata tele services customer care. In those comunication they have never mentioned that this problem will be solve by micromax, only false commitment given to me by them that they will get it rectified.
Again after some days they terminate the facilities, now again they are asking the payment and additional payment which i never used which disturves me.
There fore you are requested to help me.
