[Resolved]  Tata Tele Services Ltd. — TATA PHOTON+ Extremely Slow Internet speed

Dear Sir/Madam, This has the reference to the telephonic discussions held with different members of TATA Photon+ Team regarding the resolution of extremely slow speed issue reported to you on 6th September 2014. I was requested by your executives to wait till 15th September 2014 and was further apprised that after 15th September'14, the speed issue would be resolved by your Network Team. It is already the evening of 17th September 2014 as I write this email to you and I am immensely frustrated and unhappy to state that I am still facing the same speed issue. The speed is extremely slow to even allow browsing the websites forget about the downloading activity which you claim can be done at high speeds with your device. As I had also suggested to you in my previous email dated 06.09.14, kindly depute a competent service engineer at my residence (Address: Flat no. C-505, Gardenia Square, Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad- 201016- U.P.) for installing a booster to enhance the speed. Alternatively, if you are unable to take necessary action to increase the speed of the device, kindly close my connection permanently and process the refunds of Rs. 2444/- on prorata basis with immediate effect.
