This has the reference to the telephonic discussions held with different members of TATA Photon+ Team regarding the resolution of extremely slow speed issue reported to you on 6th September 2014.
I was requested by your executives to wait till 15th September 2014 and was further apprised that after 15th September'14, the speed issue would be resolved by your Network Team.
It is already the evening of 17th September...

I taken a connection from tata cdma along with the mobile; but after some days the mobile shows problem and for that i had been regularly communicated to the tata tele services customer care. In those comunication they have never mentioned that this problem will be solve by micromax, only false commitment given to me by them that they will get it rectified.
