Tata Walky — non delivery of the phone booked over internet

Booked tata walky through internet (ichoose) on the 13th, Oct 2010, paid 1299 and got a CAF no. and Transaction ID. Delive as per internet was to be in 3 days. After a call to nodal office[protected], it was told it will be delivered after 7 days. After 10 days when it was complained again the matter was escalated according to them and someone will call us in 24 hrs. No response. Again called on the 28th to nodal office same things done - no delivery still. Today the same nodal office says thy cannot trace any detils from the same CAF number!!!! and I have to go to their office!! Why should then there be an internet booking and promise to deliver at home? I want cancellation and refund of my money.
