Tata Walky — Telephone bills not receiving but paying bills amounts
I have a Tata Indicome Walky postpaid connection since 2 years.
Since March 2009 I am not receiving my telephone bills in my residence address or mail-ids. I have complained many times to their customer care, simple they are raising a service request and assuring that you will be getting bills in 2hrs but I am not getting bills in any of correspondence. Inspite of the none available of telephone bills, I used to pay the amount whatever they said over phone.
Now when I request for disconnect of the phone to customer care again they raise a service request and assured the same which they used to say earlier. Also they have bared out going calls.
By any means, I need telephone usage bills since March 2009 for reimbusement from my employer.
Hence, request you pleae look into my matter and suggest a suitable solution.
