Tata Walky — Telephone bills not receiving but paying bills amounts

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a Tata Indicome Walky postpaid connection since 2 years.

Since March 2009 I am not receiving my telephone bills in my residence address or mail-ids. I have complained many times to their customer care, simple they are raising a service request and assuring that you will be getting bills in 2hrs but I am not getting bills in any of correspondence. Inspite of the none available of telephone bills, I used to pay the amount whatever they said over phone.

Now when I request for disconnect of the phone to customer care again they raise a service request and assured the same which they used to say earlier. Also they have bared out going calls.

By any means, I need telephone usage bills since March 2009 for reimbusement from my employer.

Hence, request you pleae look into my matter and suggest a suitable solution.

Tata Indicom Walky — false telephone bills

Dear Sir,
Myself Mr.Sanjay Padmakar Gupte, i had been using tata indicom walky services uptill july 07.

My Tata Indicom No.:[protected]
Account Number :[protected]
Teriff Plan : Plan 199 Special

We had given a written application to stop this service as we were not happy with its services and network.
In the month of Aug. Tata Indicom person had collected their instrument from my house. We have copies of both, application as well as the instrument delivered receipt to Tata Indicom's representative.
Enven though we are getting regular monthly bills.
We have contacted Tata Indicom's Mumbai office sevral times but we regret to tell you that every time we got a stupid answer from this office and i am sure no body would like listlen such type of language.
I hope this complaint will launch at the mainstreme of the complaint box of Tata Indicom and expect to here from some responsible person of Tata Indicom and hope that we will be freed from such false billing trouble.
