This is the feed back of a valuble customer of Tata walky. I need to clarify certain issues from your end. My walky no. is [protected] which is on my name S.V.V.Satyanarayana Raju, located at 1-120/B/7 Beside Vignan school, Nizampet. Earlier i took this connection when i was resided at Vengalrao nagar. Subsequently i requested to shift the telephone from vengalrao nagar to the present address i.e., nizampet. The shifting was came to existance with a great difficulty. But since that i dint received my telephone bills. In this regard I made several requests for the delivery of the bill. with a great difficulty I got my latest bill through courier. The major proble which i am facing is the technical problem with the instrument. Earlier u r technicians used to attend the complain by visiting the location. Surprisingly since last 4 months whenever i loadged a complaint i got a reply over phone as THE AREA IS NOT COVERED WITH SERVICE. I dont no what it means?
There are several customers of TATA in that area. How it is possible for the customers when the service has been stopped? I lodged serveral complaints as the hand is getting off soon after the supply has disconnected. I think the battery has no back up. In this connection I lodged a complaint vide docket Nol.[protected] dt. 3-12-10, and also on 6-12-10, But both the times i received the same reply that the area is not covered with service. It is very surprise to listen that how a area is suddenly dopped from u r list as not give/provide the service to their customers.
Hence it is requested to look in to the matter to resolve my problem. My alternative number for communication is [protected].
