[Resolved]  Tata Walky — disconnect

I requested for disconnection of my walky no.[protected].on 29 october &it disconnected but a few days ago its connected automaticly.we don't apply for the connection of walky.

I have tata walky connection in apr 2007 i have payment regulary of t/phone bill .i submited request for disconnection in the month of jan .tata walky customer care say that first paid your bill amounting Rs.360/- for the month of dec then request should be obtain. i paid bill for the month of dec 2010 in the month of jan 2011.c/no is[protected] dtd 14/01/11 again requested for disconnection after paying bill for the month of dec.but tata walky sending me bill for the month of jan of Rs 05/- with rental charge Rs,149/-it is unjustice and harshing me for that .requesting for solicite decision pse.

i request for disconnection of my phone [protected] is not working since 1 month
we are facing problems no outgoing calls please kindly issue the connection for our tata walky phoone connection & we have paid payment aslo but customer care service is also not givinin any response.

nodelofficer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in to these mail IDs then also am not getting the proper responce,
we are totally disappointed its very pathetic service from TATA so we plan to disconnect the same,
