I am a prepaid customer of tatadocomo cdma bearing mobile no [protected]. Whenever I am recharging my mobile, the balance after recharging is showing as zero and I am unable to make calls. On contacting customer care I was told that my due amount is Rs. 1300. I am got astonished how a prepaid customers due can be such a big amount. When at zero balance all outgoing are stopped including the net surfing. I believe something went wrong with the system.
