[Resolved] TataDoCoMo Services — Poor service from Tata Docomo | |
Tata Docomo services are very frustrating they provide very worst service. They think that an individual alone cannot do anything and start playing. I recharged my mobile and to get benefit of low call rates I paid extra amount. I got back to back messages that recharge is successful. I paid retailer whole amount. When I started calling my balance was flowing out like water and then I came to know I did not get benefit of low call rates. I called customer care they kept on hold for long time and for that they charged me. I paid for their mistake. Then I mailed to them, somebody called and said the amount with which I recharged does not apply to me since it was only for new customers. Then I asked if your not giving benefit why the hell you charge then he replies I am sorry. Saying since your existing customer for good will we give you some amount. Snatched money from me and gave as charity to me. Next day morning though I called I could not hear any voice from other end but my balance was going off and same was happening for those who called me. These value less services should not be encouraged at all since they are only interested in making money. Was this information helpful? | |
