[Resolved]  Taxi Driver — refused to go any further arguing about the destination

I took a prepaid taxi on 23th October 2011 from Mumbai Domestic airport to Thane Vrindavan Society.
I was charged Rs.520 and had luggage too.
I asked while doing the payment will it go till Vrindavan Society , he said "Madam , the voucher is till Manpadaa .. vrindavan society comes far before that.."

We took a yellow black taxi no MH02 4789 at 2PM from Mumbai domestic airport.We told the driver about the destination.
He was not aware about the destination then we gave him the hint abt the area around he understood.
We were just 1 km away from our destination and driver refused to go any further saying that your voucher is expired and this is kalwa not thane etc..
We told him clearly this is thane and our voucher is till manpaada .. den argued again .. we are staying there for 25 yrs we know better or he will know better,,,still with great difficulty he dropped us home.(We had 5 huge bags so could not argue more and if dropped in between we will be faced with great difficulty)
I want to file a complain against him so that this person do not do same thing for other passengers..
