[Resolved]  Tdi — non issuance of interest cheque

I am a customer of TDI .I have a flat in kingsbury kundli.Under your down payment plan I was supposed to get the intrest cheque for the month of August.Repeated calls to your CP office are falling on deaf ears.Every time they are coming up with new excuses.I am petrified of your pathetic services and insenstivity towards your loyal customer.Please reply by when are you going to issue the cheque otherwise I would be forced to escalate the matter.

This is a copy of email that I have written to TDI.First they incite you with all the offers to do the downpayment and once you have done the downpayment they do not fulfil their obligation.On top of that people answering the phone calls are utterly unprofessional and always come up with some stupid excuse. Please do not associate yourself with RASCALS they will eat your money and treat you like garbage.
