I have a flat in kingsbury apartment in TDI, kundli.These people gave me na option that that if I pay them the money of the apartment cash down the I will be able to get the EMI waiver till possession.What this means is the intrest component of the loan that I have to repay the bank will be reimbursed to me by the developer if till the time of possession, tentative date of which is November,2011. I opted for this option and paid them at one go.TDI gave me cheques for three months,ie, till march 2010.When I contacted them in April they are coming up with excuses and not paying the amount.I have written letter from the company stating their EMI waiver scheme.i am feeling frustrated with their services.Please guide me I want to take legal action against them Was this information helpful? |
