I booked a 2 B/R residential Flat at Kingsbury, TDI City, Kundali, Sonepat in March 2006. I never signed any agreement with TDI and deposited the amount along with an application for Registration for allotment. I also paid another installment against their letter in Nov.2006 so that they can issue priority No.
In the month of March 2007, they alloted a flat in R-2 Tower & informed me verbally that I will get possession of the flat in about 2 & half years time . On their demand I paid another installment in June 2007. In June 2007 they also issued me payment Annexure according to which 4th Installment is due on start of work for Ground Floor. They have not demanded any further installment even expiry of promised 2 & half years of time of possession , which shows that they even has not started construction work. On physical inspection of the site there is no plan of R-2 Tower even in model project shown at the site.
Now, Since I don't wanted to continue with the property due to my personal problems, & with the passage of so much time , if they even give me possession after further 2-3 years time , it would be of no use for me. So , I asked TDI Infrastructures Ltd. to refund the money back, but they seem to be reluctant about the issue.
I have sent them my letter for refund of money several times, each by Speed Post,and a Final Notice stating that if they failed to return the amount, I have to take Legal Action against them but they haven't replied any of my letters till date.
This kind o[censored]nprofessional and irresponsible behavior by such a reputed builder was never expected.
They have been using my money without paying any interest in their other projects. It is so unethical and immoral for any reputed company like TDI Infrastructures Ltd. to play on the money of a genuine customer.
I think it is my duty to inform my fellow allottees and others who wish to invest their hard earned money with TDI Infrastructures Ltd. about their bad intentions so that other do not get into their trap and deal them very cautiously.

You have taken a very good step, In my opionion we can move in High court and our case is very strong beause the possession wasdue in July 2007 and TDI taken from almost allottes 90% payment. When I visited TDI I found that many blocks land still not purchased by TDI from farmers(Where the showing the location of plots). Further when we paid the EDC Charges long back thesubsiquent increase should not leveied on us. I written more then 20 registerd letters to TDI to explain ECD charges and give the date for possession, but no reply. They are phoning for the payment only.
If you feel we can talk over phone in deatil or meet, I amin Pitampura and we are 3-4 allottes.

TDI means Total Dead Investment

it is very bad and chor company aapni commitment per naheen rahti, my floor 2 ki floor ka price tha Rs. 16.50 lakhs now on the complition asking for Rs. 22.00 lakhs, sab chor hai apne ghat bhar rahe hain.
no one is bothered to listen to your complaints... there attitude is "Just get lost" " Who cares" we have made our billions and you can go to hell now. i too am an investor since past 10 years with TDI. UNFORTUNATELY.

TDI infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. — Non refund of money with interest
I am an innocent buyer of a shop in a TDI mall and now have been put in huge financial trouble and mental trauma because of TDI's policy of taking huge advances yet not delivering on any of its promises. I am now in a debt trap because of the selfishness and callousness of the company.The said property was to be in a mall in Sonepat and after three years of my paying about Rs 10,31,000-00 as asked by TDI , the company shows no signs of constructing the property. My dreams of owning a shop by for running my livelihood have fallen apart. Since I had taken the money on interest, I now end up paying EMI's to banks.
The Commercial Head of TDI Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. had explained to me when I met him that the company had no interest in constructing the mall. He also explained that it is not company's policy to refund investor's money.
I have been requesting the company for refund of my money along with interest for the last three to four months. I have sent the company two letters which they have not acknowldged till date. Whenever I telephone or sms the Commercial Head of TDI , majorly he would not pick up the phone or he gives lame excuses that he has not been able to meet the company Directors for one reason or other to put up my case for refund.
Today on 26th September, he said that Mr Taneja, the director is down with swine flu!
I request that my complaint be taken up with the TDI Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and I should get my refund along with interest.
My payment details are
a) I registered for allotment of a shop on[protected] in TDI Park Street mall by depositing a sum of Rs. 6,40,000-00 for which I was given a Customer ID No KMC 10487 and allotment of shop no FF-77 of area 859.19sq ft.
b) I made a further payment of Rs. Rs. 3, 43,676-00 (Rs. Three lacs, forty three thousand, six hundred and seventy six only) on 20-03-07.
c) I was then informed vide your letter dated[protected] to pay an amount of Rs. 47,352-00 (Rs. Forty seven thousand only) within 7 days of the date of the said letter failing which 21% interest would be levied on the said outstanding payment. I complied with your instructions and made a payment of Rs. 47,352-00.
