[Resolved]  Tds Refund Not Received — Request for TDS refund.

Dear Sir,

I, Bidyut Pal, writing this letter to intimate you that I am regularly filing ITR since financial year 2005 – 2006 after making my PAN card in the year 2005. My first ITR was filed in financial year 2005 – 2006, nil since during that financial year I was student. On next financial year i.e. 2006 – 2007, I got job in Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited dated November 01, 2006 as a Management Trainee and filed ITR form ITR-1 with TDS certificate of five months income in I. T. office of Ward 7 (1) Pune on dated July 31, 2007. During that period of first six months I used to get stiffen of Rs. 6000/- and from which Rs. 306/- per month used to get deducted as a TDS. So, net amount of Rs. 5694/- used to get directly credited to my UTI account which was opened by my employer.

Sir, in my ITR I had mentioned TDS of Rs. 1530/- ( Rs. 306/- x 5 month) in Taxes Paid & Refund column with my bank account number and made a tick mark in deposite directly into my bank account box option. But till date I have not received any refund. Now I have posted to Jaipur branch. For your kind persual the detail informations are as follows.

a) Receipt no. [protected] on Acknowledgement copy.
b) I am sending ITR copy of financial year 2006 – 2007 with Form No. 16A.
c) PAN card no. ANSPP4932F

Sir, I have already sent a reminder letter to income Tax Office of Pune dated March 14, 2008, but no reply has come. Sir, I have a kind request to you please do see on this matter from your side and do reply me as early as possible if any more information needed by you.

Dear Sir,

My PAN NO. AJHPM7020N and I am struggling for my TDS Refund for 2 years.
A.Y. 2006-07 I received partial amount as they have calculated as per Male category and deducted tax on it. Actual refund is Rs. 8273 and I received Rs. 5700 becoz they deducted as per Male category.
For A.Y.2007-08 I have not received any refund which is Rs. 10000/-.

Sir, I have a kind request to you please see the matter and reply me.

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. It is submitted that whilst I have not received refund for IT return for the AY[protected] howeever perusal of the 'online refund status' reveals that refund cheque ref no. CMPP0525726 date 07 Oct 09 was returned undelivered by the postal deptt citing address provided as incorrect.

2. It is re-confirmed that my residential address is same as mentioned in the filed IT return. My PAN no. is AIKPK1952B and the return was filed in Ward no. 40 (2).

3. Request dispatch refund order to my address once again at the earliest.

Sir,

As per the status of my income tax refund on NSDL website, my refund cheque has been dispatched by speed post on june 25th, 2010, speed post number-EQ[protected]IN. But till date i havent received the cheque.

My PAN number is AJAPA7874P. My refund receivable amount is Rs. 6210 relating to the assessmnent year[protected].

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

My refund is due for the year[protected]. Please can u find out when will it be possible to receive my refund .Its now 2010 and I am still waiting .My return was filled in Himachal Pradesh.

Going through the Request of Quite agood many of the Public whose refunds are still pending for quite a time, I think that its better you find some other solution for the matter or might as well stop giving the returns. I am just fed up making request. Are we beggers, when you feel you will send the refunds . In this era of High Tec every thing can be done in speedily.
My Pan No is AFLPT4777K. and my refund is due the year[protected] submitted at Himachal Pradesh .
If its possible see into the matter or leave it . I have to se3arch other ways.
