[Resolved]  Tds Refund Not Received — Request for TDS refund.

Dear Sir,

I, Bidyut Pal, writing this letter to intimate you that I am regularly filing ITR since financial year 2005 – 2006 after making my PAN card in the year 2005. My first ITR was filed in financial year 2005 – 2006, nil since during that financial year I was student. On next financial year i.e. 2006 – 2007, I got job in Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited dated November 01, 2006 as a Management Trainee and filed ITR form ITR-1 with TDS certificate of five months income in I. T. office of Ward 7 (1) Pune on dated July 31, 2007. During that period of first six months I used to get stiffen of Rs. 6000/- and from which Rs. 306/- per month used to get deducted as a TDS. So, net amount of Rs. 5694/- used to get directly credited to my UTI account which was opened by my employer.

Sir, in my ITR I had mentioned TDS of Rs. 1530/- ( Rs. 306/- x 5 month) in Taxes Paid & Refund column with my bank account number and made a tick mark in deposite directly into my bank account box option. But till date I have not received any refund. Now I have posted to Jaipur branch. For your kind persual the detail informations are as follows.

a) Receipt no. [protected] on Acknowledgement copy.
b) I am sending ITR copy of financial year 2006 – 2007 with Form No. 16A.
c) PAN card no. ANSPP4932F

Sir, I have already sent a reminder letter to income Tax Office of Pune dated March 14, 2008, but no reply has come. Sir, I have a kind request to you please do see on this matter from your side and do reply me as early as possible if any more information needed by you.

Narasimhamurthy my pan number is AGLPN8842N have not received the TDS refund for the assessment year 2009-10, When I cheked the status of my refund Refund cheque returned undeliverd by the postal deprtment as address provided by you is incorrect. i am give to correct addres sir please received and send refund cheque again sir

received letter (Ref No. [protected]) from I.T.Department (Centralised Processing Centre (Salary), C-12, Pratyakshkar Bhavan, BKC, Bandra, Mumbai - 400051 Requiring details of my Bank A/C no in view of issue of Cheque for Refund of Rs. 2310/- (Two Thousand Three Hundred Ten Only). Same I sent one month ago,
but till dt 29.12.10 i am not recd the cheque for Refund.

I this is Ramadugu Srinivas PAN number is AHHPR0866K.
I have Submitted the TDS Return File. on 03 August 2009. of 2009-10
But Still I have received any Refund amount or credited in my account
The receipt number is 30246535

So, Please do revert on this. and look into the matter.

I am RAMESH CHANDRA KILPHAR my pan number is BDTPK9638M have not received the TDS refund for the assessment year 2009-10, When I cheked the status of my refund Refund cheque returned undeliverd by the postal deprtment as address provided by you is incorrect. But my address is correct but i am verify the post office on line detials the speed post not send my address. as per the status the post not reach in the karnataka also so please resend the refund cheque,

Dear Sir,

We, Arbitration Incorporated situated at 36D, Ramesh Mitra Road, Near Bhawanipur Ladis Park, kolkata-700025.We have a branch office at 55C, Charu Chandra Avenue, Kokata-7000033.As per your detail speed post had returned a cheque against tax refund on 1st November-2010, Monday but we had not received the cheque yet for the same.

I want to know that on that day our offices were opened from 9.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. and all our official document used to come in this mention address. How can it possible that the address is not traceable.

Therefore I request your to kindly take a necessary step and re-send the cheque in mention address and do needful at your end asap.

AYS Financial — Not receive tax refund

I filed my Tax return with AYS Financial in Miami Fl since January 10th of 2011 I've being waiting for it since I have not receive it, Every time I call AYS they said they mail it to me but I never receive anything from them and they said wait next week give it a few days today is 20th February I still don't have my check what do I do now?

TDS refund Yr[protected] not recived due to uncomplied address postal depat. return mail. I am personaly meat assisting officer on 11 feb 2011 and again release mail my new address declired by me on 11 feb 2011 no.
