Team 4 U — provident fund not received
Dear Sir,Earlier i posted a mail for not received by provident fund against ICICI Bank. but as per your support i received a call from ICICI Bank, they given reply that they are not liable to help you against this query and they told that they give Number to Team 4 U (i.e. company which provied job in ICICI Bank, just like a contractor) as per PF Law the liability is arise for Main Owner i.e. ICICI Bank, but we have no complaint that who are liable to relive my PF amoun, we required only my PF Money. My Service period is from 14/02/2008 to 31/10/2009 after that for reliving my PF amount i sent a Form 3A (Revised) ti South Delhi PF office, Vajirpur Delhi, and received by PF office on dated 02/06/2010 and PF form No. is 20164964.
Sir this procedure i completed approximately 1 year before . you see that during the one year nobody can take action on above matter.
So its my warm request to you that plz look the matter and take action as earlier as possible.
