This company has hired some place in Kandivali (west) and put some chevrolet cars outside with a sticker on them. They are offering Chevrolet Spark car for around Rs 4 Lakhs, of which you are supposed to pay Rs.1.23 Lakhs and the rest will be thru loan EMI Rs 6000 per month. The loan will also be taken by the customer, and Team Associate India Pvt Limited promises to pay Rs 6000 per month for a stciker that will be put as advertisemnt on the car doors. They claim to have nothing to do with your buying the car. Just that they will pay you everymonth so you can pay the car loan. Also, they claim to have a tie up with Ashtavinayak Auto Pvt Ltd Mumbai(authorized Chevrolet car dealers) for this scheme. However, I called Chevrolet (general motors) and Ashtavinayak Auto Pvt Ltd and they claim to have nothing no tie up with the scheme or the offer. Second thing is that the price of Spark car is arounbd 3- 3.5 Lakhs and already there is offer of 47000 discount, so this price comes around 3 lakhs. This money will be pocketed by this company and customer will not get its benefit. The agreement for the 6000 rent will be done only after the full amount is paid for the car. The advnca payment has to be done to Team Associate company and tey do not provide proper acknowledgment of the payment from the car dealer. How can this be checked if they are actually from the car dealer. If so why are they not accepting thier tie up with Team Associate. Also, on booking they do not provide a proper proof or receipt from Ashtavinayak or chevrolet so there is no proof of the money you pay them

I have already booked this and have made a payment of 15000rs / i had the verification done from the HDFC agent who came ot my office and home within 3 days of my booking.
I am just waiting for teh car to be delivered to me and pray that team associate pays me te EMI amt on time every month.

I supposedly called team associates and asked them in case the company decides to terminate the contract before the decided tenure(viz 30 months) what is the scenario in such situation.What would be the compensation that would be payed to the consumer.Surprisingly they had no answers about this.Defintely a risky venture.

company's customer service is horrible. people attending the calls have no idea about the offer launched by the company. Mr. Dharmesh gave the telephone nos.[protected] for the enquiry of the offer, 5 nos are switched off and on the other nos. people are just sitting there to fool around.

I have myself visited team associates premises at kandivali. They have started the scheme in Aug 2009. The offer is quite exciting, but there is only one flaw in the scheme. The down payment amount is to be paid to Team associates and not to Ashtavinayak Auto !!!. Further they said the delivery will take about 25-30 days. So I believe that it is a risky proposition. If the down payment is made to Ashtavinayak (the authorised dealer) then it is ok. But they do not agree to this.
